Went to a very nice little charity shop and found some goodies. I always seem to hit them when everything is 50% off!
Fifteen of those lovely vintage jelly molds: so great for sorting buttons and storing bits and bobs.
A lovely vintage vase which I recognised immediately, as I have two others somewhere just like it....probably from the '40's ish by the design. (If anyone recognised it or knows anything about it, I would love to hear from you.)
Two great wooden candle sticks with felt bottoms (ages them I reckon). To be spray painted at some point.
Last but not least...a handmade bench (signed on the bottom) or maybe they just distressed it...oh well, will work fab as a shelf on my counter top in the studio.
ALL FOR LESS THAN A FIVER!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteWow you found some great treasures!!! Blessings~~~Daphne
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome, I love the candlesticks, they could use the Tremcald, which is a brand of spray paint that's great for stuff that will be outside and made of metal metal. I also like using another called Krylon which dries in 10 minutes!!!
